Dispatch times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 5 working days after payment is confirmed. Live plants are only sent out on Monday and Tuesday: a parcel posted later would risk spending the weekend in transit. An order confirmed on Tuesday evening therefore leaves the following Monday. In the event of unfavourable weather (frost, heatwave), dispatch may be postponed by a few days to protect the health of the plants: you will be informed by email.

Packaging

Every plant is packed by hand, with the care needed for it to travel well and reach you in good condition.

Carriers

Parcels are entrusted to reliable carriers: Colissimo, Mondial Relay or equivalent, depending on the option chosen at checkout. It is our packaging that protects the plant during the journey: the carrier simply moves a parcel. A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

On arrival

Unpack your parcel as soon as it arrives and water the plant if needed. If a plant is damaged during transport, contact us within 48 hours through our contact form with a photo, so that we can consider a goodwill gesture.
