Cutting or established plant?

What is a cutting?: A piece of a plant (stem, node or leaf) taken from a healthy mother plant, already rooted or ready to root. It is the cheapest way to start: the plant is young and needs a little patience while it settles in.
What is an established plant?: A plant that is already rooted and acclimatised, grown in a pot for several weeks or months. It picks its growth back up as soon as it reaches you — ideal if you want an immediate result.
Care tips: The young leaves of the plant, fresh or dried, can flavor salads, sauces, desserts, drinks, and cooked dishes. It’s recommended to use only the tips of the stems, as older leaves can be bitter. The plant also has stimulating and medicinal properties and can act as a repellent against certain insects and rodents. However, it’s considered abortive and potentially toxic in high doses, especially during pregnancy, and should be used with caution.
